WEDDING AND EVENTS PLANNING SERVICES
As Lily Casablanca events planners, our core service is to provide wedding and event planning services. This entails assisting our valued clients with organising, coordinating and managing various personal, social and corporate events. Our aim is to help our valued clients plan their events “stress free”, as they offload their event planning burdens to us at affordable, non strenuous fees.

 FANTASY PACKAGE
This package is for the bride that wants guidance from start to finish. It covers all of the details that go into making a wedding memorable.
• Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary 
• Unlimited phone and email availability during business hours (9:00am-4:30pm) 
• At least three planning meetings between clients and planner 
• Help to prepare and understand budget 
• Prepare a schedule/timeline and checklists 
• Assist with site tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues 
• Assist with selecting colour scheme, theme and style of the wedding 
• Answer etiquette questions 
• Assist with selecting of wedding attire and accessories, accompaniment to fittings if desired 
• Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable service providers. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to up to three meetings per service provider category
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner • Ongoing updates and consultation with clients about services providers, services/products • Assist with choosing of invitations
• Assistance with tracking RSVP’S and who will be attending • Ceremony planning • Prepare itineraries to be provided to service providers • Final walk-through with client at selected sites, a month before the wedding • Final timeless prepared the month of the wedding • Final consultation with service providers the month of the wedding • Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of the wedding and the week prior to the wedding.

 DIAMOND PACKAGE
This is for the bride who may have completed part of her planning and needs less help. This offering allows the bride a hands-on role in her planning with our professional assistance to guide her.
The partial planning wedding package includes: 
• Initial consultation with the bride and groom, complimentary 
• Unlimited phone and email availability during working hours (9:00am -4:30pm) 
• At least two planning meetings between clients and planner 
• Prepare a bride and groom timelines and checklists 
• Email reminders first of the month of what needs to be accomplished that month 
• One visit to the site of both wedding and reception to go over setup 
• Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding 
• Answer etiquette questions 
• Provide a list of preferred service providers as needed for the bride to set appointments
• Two hour planning meeting one month before wedding which include : 

1) Ceremony planning, processional , recessional, placement 
2) Preparation of rehearsal and wedding day itinerary as a timeline to be provided to client and service provide 
3) Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the month of the wedding ( meeting should include florist f possible) 
4) Collection and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers etc

 GOLD PACKAGE
This is the package for the bride / client, that doesn’t know where to start or has made her own plans, believes she has everything handled, but would like an expert to go over everything with her. The planner will make suggestions on timelines, theme, service providers and etiquette. This is perfect for the bride / client that wants the guidance of a wedding or event planner without purchasing a package.

 SILVER PACKAGE
Also known as the “on the day wedding coordinator” package. 
This package is offered to a bride who has done all her plans and only needs a wedding planner, as a wedding coordinator and overseer “ON THE ACTUAL WEDDING OR EVENT DAY” to ensure that all her wishes are taken care of, including making sure that all service providers provide services on time and as per agreement. This package allows all invited guests and close relatives to enjoy the event “stress free” knowing that a wedding planner and coordinator are onsite to ensure that all plans are effectively executed.

 ASK THE EXPERT PACKAGE
This is for the client who only needs help in finding particular professional service providers that is, decorators, caterers etc. For a stipulated flat fee, clients get three service providers and can select amongst those, one service provider who meets their requirements. Additional service providers are offered at a fee.
